The awkward part is width: 31″ fills most of a boot mouth, so seats-up loading rarely works and the slab really wants a folded floor. A hatchback or SUV with the bench down handles it fine. Load the wide box first, laid flat, then stack the two smaller cartons beside or on top of it. The oak worktop edge chips before anything else does, so pad that side and lift it with a second person.
