Will MICKE Desk, white, 41 3/8x19 5/8″ fit in a Ford Focus 2023?

There are two heights to know in the Focus. A box gets 24⅜″ of clear height above the loading sill on the way in. The boot itself is 31½″ tall from its floor, which sits 7⅛″ below the sill. So the gap, not the space inside, decides whether a tall box goes in upright. For width, the tailgate opening gives you 39⅜″ and the floor 39¾″ at its narrowest. Length is short with the rear seats up, at 30⅜″, and grows by 30⅝″ to 61″ with them folded. Put long packs in first and fit smaller boxes around them.

The MICKE desk packs into a single box of 44″ × 29¼″ × 4¼″. It is not a long box, but it weighs 61 lb 12 oz, which is a lot to hold in a box only 4¼″ thick. Lying flat, with the 44″ side running front to back, it needs a patch of boot floor 44″ long and 29¼″ wide. The opening then has to take its 29¼″ by 4¼″ end. Standing on its long edge, it is 29¼″ tall, so the opening needs that much height. Treat it as a two-person lift. Take one end each and lift together on a count of three. Set it down slowly, so all that weight never lands on one corner.
