A wagon body means one thing here: length. The opening measures 40½″ wide by 30¾″ tall, the load floor runs 42⅞″ with the seats up, and folding the bench takes it to 73¼″, a gain of 30⅜″. Between the wheel arches you still get 39⅜″ of width, so long flat boxes lie flat on the floor instead of angling across it. The catch is the 30¾″ opening height: tall cartons go in on their side or not at all.
