With the rear seats up the floor is short at 29⅛″, enough for groceries and compact boxes; fold the bench and it opens out to 55½″, a gain of 26⅜″ that makes real flat-pack runs possible. You load over a 26¾″ liftover with a 7½″ drop down to the floor, so you lower cargo in rather than slide it straight through. Long rigid boxes fail at the opening first, so check your longest box against that, and ease heavy items down past the drop.

FJÄLLBO ships as one flat box, 53″ long by 14¾″ wide and just 3¾″ thick, at 24 lb 4 oz. The length is the only real problem: 53″ rarely clears a trunk opening with the seats up, so plan on folding the rear bench in anything smaller than a wagon. The box itself is a one-person carry, but the slim profile flexes if you hold it by one end; support the middle or carry it on edge.
