The Citroen Berlingo gives you a proper van-style boot: a wide, square opening at 47¼″ wide × 39⅜″ tall and a flat floor that stays 47¼″ across at its narrowest. Seats up the floor runs 39″, short for long boxes, but fold the bench and it stretches to 69¼″, a gain of 30⅜″. The load sill sits 22½″ up with no drop to the floor, so you slide boxes straight in rather than lifting them down. It handles wide, bulky and multi-box loads happily. For anything longer than a couple of feet, fold the bench first and load flat.
